Full Job Description

Intermountain Aquatech | Salt Lake Valley, Utah

Intermountain Aquatech is looking for an organized, dependable and experienced Office Manager to oversee some day-to-day administrative operations of our company.

This is a hands-on position with responsibility for accounting tasks, employee administration, vendor management, fleet administration, customer accounts and overall office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities and able to take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Manage AP invoices, payments, and vendor accounts
Coordinate payroll, employee timekeeping and employee administration
Assist with HR, employee benefits and onboarding
Manage banking, deposits and cash handling
Oversee company accounts, credit cards and insurance
Monitor vehicle registrations, insurance and related requirements
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate aging meetings and related reporting
Maintain company records, files and administrative documentation
Manage office supplies, equipment and administrative needs
Provide direction and support to office staff
Work closely with company management and accounting personnel
Identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency
Perform other administrative and operational duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous office management or administrative management experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage confidential employee and company information
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Experience with accounting/AP systems preferred
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
