Full Job Description

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Budget Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, and program cost management activities in Orlando, Florida

Position Responsibilities:

Assist in developing financial plans, budgets, and cost estimates for programs and projects
Support preparation of cost estimates, projections, and rough order of magnitude analyses
Track and manage financial documentation, agreements, and approval processes
Monitor budget execution, spending plans, and financial performance across programs
Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking funding, obligations, and expenditures
Reconcile financial data and identify discrepancies or areas requiring attention
Support development and maintenance of program budgets and financial forecasts
Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support cost-effective decision-making
Review contracts, financial systems, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on financial status and funding requirements
Assist with estimating costs for ongoing and future program activities
Support workforce and resource planning through financial analysis and projections
Track and analyze planned versus actual expenditures and resource utilization
Identify potential financial risks and provide recommendations to leadership
Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation and financial records

Position Requirements

U.S. Citizenship is required
Must possess an active SECRET clearance or above
Must be able to pass Agency background check
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience or advanced degree/ certificate
