Licensed Assisted Living Administrator – Small Setting Memory Care

Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
Job Type: Full-time
Setting: Small, family-owned memory care homes

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Assisted Living Administrator to oversee our small-setting memory care homes in Altamonte Springs.

Our communities are intentionally small, welcoming, and relationship-focused. We are looking for an administrator who can ensure strong operations and AHCA compliance while also helping maintain a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and care staff.

Responsibilities

Ensure ongoing compliance with AHCA regulations
Oversee day-to-day community operations
Provide leadership and support to care staff
Maintain clear communication with residents, families, staff, and community partners
Promote a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment
Support the overall culture and sense of community within the homes

Qualifications

Current Licensed Assisted Living Administrator
Minimum of 4 years of assisted living administration experience
Nursing license is a plus, but not required
Computer proficiency is preferred
