Client Coordinator & Executive Assistant

About Blyss Beauty

Blyss Beauty is a boutique skin, brow, and lash studio built on quiet luxury and intentional results. We blend clinical precision with a holistic, unhurried approach — every client leaves not just looking better, but understanding their skin, brows, and lashes on a deeper level. Our space is calm, our service is warm, and our standards are high.

We're looking for someone to be the heartbeat of that experience — the first face our clients see and the last one they remember.

The Role

This is a hybrid position for someone who genuinely loves people as much as they love beauty and social media. You'll spend your time moving between two worlds: creating a luxury, white-glove front desk experience for every client who walks through our door, and helping bring our brand to life online.

No two days will look exactly the same — but every day will center on making clients feel welcomed, cared for, and excited to come back.

Client Coordinator Duties

Greet every client warmly and prepare a welcome beverage as part of their arrival experience
Check clients in and out with a smooth, unhurried, high-touch process
Manage the daily schedule — appointments, confirmations, and adjustments
Rebook clients at checkout, ensuring their next visit is already secured
Maintain the studio's ambiance so it always feels polished, calm, and camera-ready
Handle client questions, concerns, and communication with grace and discretion
Support retail recommendations and light product sales when relevant

Executive Assistant / Social Media Duties

Create in-the-moment content during client appointments (photo and video)
Post and manage content across social platforms in line with our brand voice
Assist with content planning and scheduling
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as needed
Help maintain brand consistency across all client-facing touchpoints, digital and in-person

Who We're Looking For

A true people person — warm, attentive, and able to make every client feel like the only one in the room
Someone creative who genuinely enjoys social media and content creation, not just posting for the sake of it
Passionate about the beauty industry and eager to grow within it
Organized and comfortable managing a schedule with shifting priorities
Comfortable being both front-of-house and behind-the-camera in the same shift
Discreet, dependable, and detail-oriented
Prior experience in a spa, salon, med-spa, or luxury service environment is a plus, but a genuine love for the industry and the right energy matter more

What Success Looks Like

Every client who walks in feels taken care of from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave — and everyone scrolling our social media can feel that same energy, even from a screen.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
