Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented ABA Billing Manager to lead our billing operations with precision and enthusiasm. In this vital role, you will oversee the entire billing process for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement. Your leadership will help streamline billing workflows, maintain compliance, and support our mission of delivering exceptional care to children and families.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end billing process for ABA therapy services, including claim submission, follow-up, and resolution of denials.
Ensure all billing activities comply with insurance regulations, coding standards, and company policies.
Supervise billing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimize productivity.
Collaborate with clinical teams to verify service documentation aligns with billing requirements.
Monitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce outstanding balances.
Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and prepare reports on billing performance metrics.
Stay current on insurance policy changes, coding updates, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

Proven experience in medical or behavioral health billing management, preferably within ABA therapy or similar fields.
Strong knowledge of insurance claims processing, coding (such as CPT and ICD codes), and reimbursement procedures.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team effectively.
Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills to handle complex billing workflows.
Ability to adapt quickly to regulatory changes and maintain compliance standards.
