Full Job Description

We're seeking a high-performance General Manager who will operate this location like an owner, drive revenue growth, develop a winning team, improve customer experience, and establish our Auto Body Center as the market leader.

This is not a "keep the lights on" management role. We're looking for a leader who can drive sales, develop people, improve operations, increase profitability, and create an exceptional customer experience while strengthening the Auto Body Center in the market.

What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Revenue Growth

Lead all sales and customer acquisition efforts
Develop relationships with dealerships, fleets, rental companies, body shops, and commercial accounts
Increase estimate conversions and average repair order value
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve growth targets
Identify new revenue opportunities and local marketing initiatives

Lead & Develop the Team

Recruit, train, coach, and retain top talent
Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
Hold the team accountable to production, quality, and customer service standards

Operational Excellence

Oversee daily shop operations from estimate to delivery
Improve workflow, cycle time, efficiency, and profitability
Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
Manage budgets, expenses, inventory, and vendor relationships
Maintain compliance with all safety and operational requirements

Customer Experience & Brand Growth

Ensure every customer receives exceptional service
Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally
Protect and enhance the Maaco reputation in the community
Drive positive online reviews and customer referrals
Represent the business as a community and industry leader

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

5+ years of leadership or management experience
Proven track record of driving sales and business growth
Experience leading and developing teams
Strong understanding of financial performance, P&L management, and KPIs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Results-driven mindset with strong accountability

Preferred Qualifications

Automotive, collision repair, body shop, dealership, or service industry experience
Experience managing production teams
Familiarity with estimating systems and repair workflows
Business development or outside sales experience
