Job Description:

Collaborates with end-users to enhance system functionality and efficiency. Other duties as assigned. Analyzes departmental processes and data to suggest improvements for the most effective use of resources. Audits and manages the database to ensure data integrity and facilitate the extraction and interpretation of information. Counsels end users to make appropriate modifications to improve workflow. Designs, plans, implements, and optimizes PAR Locations with end-users. Maintains knowledge of inventory management systems and assists in training end-users. Provides technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and equipment related to inventory management systems. Assists end-users with general system maintenance, including physical interactions as needed. Coordinates, creates, and requests updates to the order batch job schedules. Researches and troubleshoots issues related to incorrect purchase orders. Evaluates assigned projects and initiatives related to clinical supply chain workflow processes. Ensures effective use of resources through continuous process improvement.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes [Required]
Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office software, Strong analytical skills utilizing MS Excel [Required]
Ability to work with clinical, technical, and functional corporate and facility personnel as needed. [Required]
Ability to work with supporting documentation for projects and customizations. [Required]
Gather data that supports conceptual and analytical results that will drive business processes for redesign and build. [Required]
Effectively prepares and presents technical and/or educational documentation of assigned projects and/or systems to enhance the knowledge of others. [Required]
Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Point-of-Use software related to supply chain storage areas, workflows, and related interactions. [Required]
Works independently with significant attention to detail and sense of urgency. Ability to manage issues and projects to consistently meet timelines. [Required]
Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the supply chain concepts, practices, and procedures. [Required]
Excellent customer service, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. [Required]
Ability to implement new processes to improve productivity, quality, and maximize the value of the Supply Chain processes [Required]
Ability to travel locally, up to 90% of time. [Required]
Knowledge of Point-of-Use applications, Cerner, PeopleSoft, and/or Materials Management supply chain software [Preferred]

Education:

Associate [Required]
Bachelor's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience
in Business, Accounting, Finance, or other analytical discipline

Work Experience:

3+ years of experience in materials management, project management, and/or supply chain [Required]
