Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Overnight Donut Maker, where you will be the creative force behind crafting delicious, freshly baked donuts during the overnight hours. This energetic role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about producing high-quality baked goods. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers start their day with the best donuts, all while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. If you love working overnight shifts and have a knack for baking or manufacturing, this is your chance to shine!

Duties

Prepare and assemble donut dough using established recipes and precise measurements
Operate commercial baking equipment such as mixers, fryers, and glazing machines with safety and efficiency
Shape, decorate, and package donuts to meet quality standards and presentation expectations
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils regularly
Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure product quality
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing
Assist in loading finished products for distribution

Experience

Must have donut making experience
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
