Join Our Growing Team as a Sales Representative – Custom Sports Uniforms and Apparel

This is an in-office position based in Orlando, FL. All sales are conducted in the office, with no travel required to other cities. We primarily sell to clients in the United States, along with a few international markets.

For our more experienced representatives, there may be opportunities to attend sporting events on weekends to meet with potential customers. These opportunities will be explained further during the interview process.

What You’ll Do

Our sales team is expanding, and we are interested in hiring more people who know how to build relationships, close deals, and grow accounts. If you have experience in sales and you’re looking for a role where your performance directly impacts your success, this position will be a great fit.

Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging with Clients: Prospect and build relationships with sports teams, clubs, and athletic organizations nationwide.

Building Relationships: Provide excellent customer service and foster long-lasting client connections.

Understanding Needs: Listen carefully to each client's unique needs and offer tailored solutions – be a trusted advisor.

Drive Revenue: Play a key role in our company’s next growth phase by retaining and growing accounts across sports and markets.

Closing Sales: Guide clients from their initial interest through the custom design process and ultimately finalize the sale, exceeding expectations every step of the way.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and production teams to deliver top-notch results.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated, experienced sales professionals who want to be part of something exciting. Our business is evolving, and we need driven, results-oriented sales reps who can help us scale while delivering excellent service to clients.

A confident, results-driven sales pro with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
A self-starter who thrives in a structured, high-growth environment
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
Comfortable with outbound sales efforts (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, networking)
Strong communication and organizational skills
It’s a bonus if you have experience in sports apparel, team sales, or custom merchandise (not required)
