Tradeshow & Media Production Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

The Tradeshow Marketing Supervisor is responsible for owning and executing integrated marketing campaigns with a primary focus on tradeshow and event strategy. This role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of all tradeshow initiatives while ensuring alignment with broader marketing campaigns, brand standards, and business objectives.

This position manages marketing budgets, drives cross-channel campaign execution, and oversees content and communications tied to events and lead generation efforts. The Tradeshow & Marketing Supervisor provides day-to-day direction and oversight to the Tradeshow & Marketing Events Coordinator and ensures all deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. This role requires independent judgment, ownership of outcomes, and the ability to step into content and media production when needed

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Support the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns
Own the planning, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns across tradeshows, email, digital, and content channels
Manage and maintain marketing and tradeshow budgets
Maintain consistency of brand messaging across all platforms

Tradeshow & Event Management

Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of tradeshow and event logistics
Manage exhibitor logistics including booth setup, shipping, materials, and on-site execution
Coordinate travel arrangements, materials, and event resources
Prepare event materials, marketing assets, and promotional items
Capture onsite media and support post-event reporting and lead tracking

Media Production & Content Development (Backup)

Supervise production and editing of video content for marketing, training, and promotional purposes
Support webinar production and digital content creation
Ensure timely delivery of multimedia content aligned with marketing goals

Brand & Creative Execution

Design and develop visual assets for tradeshows, campaigns, and communications
Ensure all materials align with company brand standards and messaging
Support development of both digital and print marketing collateral

Marketing Communications

Oversee execution of email campaigns, social media, and advertising efforts
Review and edit marketing content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Assist with website updates and content management
Support development of presentations, abstracts, and conference materials

Collaboration & Reporting

Collaborate with Sales, leadership, and international marketing teams to align campaigns and event strategy
Coordinate communication across internal teams and external partners
Maintain marketing data, contact lists, and reporting documentation
Provide regular updates on project status, campaign performance, and event outcomes

Perform other duties as assigned in support of marketing and business objectives

What we need from you…

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tradeshow/ Event Management or related
3–5+ years Experience managing tradeshows and marketing campaigns
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
Experience with marketing platforms and social media tools
Experience collaborating with international teams
Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and marketing tool
Experience with Digital Media and Communications a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Constant Contact and social media tools

Additional Requirements

Ability to travel up to 50%
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Experience working with European-based organizations and collaborating with international teams is a plus
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, events, multimedia production, or communications
Experience coordinating tradeshows, events, and marketing activities
