Now Hiring: Assistant Manager – Floral Shop
As we continue to expand and invest in our teams, we’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and creative Assistant Manager to lead one of our top-performing floral locations.

Your Role:
As the Assistant Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the shop—helping to lead a talented team, managing daily operations, driving performance, and ensuring our customers and employees have the best experience possible.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and developing team members.
- Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Build strong customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Support sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and order accuracy.
- Assist in achieving store sales goals and profitability targets.
Floral Production & Quality Control
- Partner with the Lead Designer to maintain floral quality and presentation standards.
- Support floral production teams to ensure efficient workflows and timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct quality control inspections on outgoing orders.
- Monitor production schedules and assist with workload planning during peak periods.
Operations Management
- Assist in overseeing all daily store operations.
- Monitor workflow across sales, production, receiving, and delivery departments.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Assist with holiday, event, and peak-season planning.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Inventory & Logistics
- Assist with inventory management, purchasing, and product control.
- Monitor inventory levels and support ordering of flowers, hard goods, and supplies.
- Ensure proper receiving procedures and product quality inspections.
- Support delivery operations and routing efficiency.
- Help reduce waste, shrinkage, and inventory loss.
- Maintain organized storage and work areas throughout the facility.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist with employee scheduling, labor management, and payroll review.
- Support timekeeping accuracy and timecard management.
- Maintain operational reports, sales records, and inventory documentation.
- Assist with hiring activities, including candidate screening and interviews.
- Help track store performance metrics and business goals.
- Support compliance, safety, and company reporting initiatives.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in retail, production, warehouse, and office environments.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including floral coolers.
- Ability to safely use floral tools and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak floral seasons such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
