Full Job Description

Job Summary
The (Junior) Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent service to our clients. This role will support and assist the branch manager in all operational and administrative duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.

Salary and job title (Junior) negotiable dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

Shadow all incoming client emails & requests to gain an understanding and knowledge of the business and to organise/file the following;
Customer quotes and documentation
Updating company revenue report daily.
Update customer database regularly.
Managing and updating daily schedule.
Take incoming calls day to day adopting a friendly and helpful manner and redirecting accordingly
Assist Branch Manager with quotes, invoices and logistics, which will eventually progress to management of specific client accounts.
Monitor and manage the booking system for best utilization of equipment and to maximize revenue.
Create and keep a log of missing and damaged equipment and chase up with clients, ensuring matters are resolved and invoiced if required.
Assist with preparation of orders and scanning of equipment onto booking system.
Support the team with various projects and tasks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve processes.

Qualifications

General computer literacy.
Ability to update reports efficiently and accurately.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Proven experience in customer service, scheduling and problem solving. Experience preferable but not essential.
The ability to work well under pressure within a small team.
A friendly and helpful telephone / email manner
A background and/or knowledge of TV Broadcast equipment
Confident with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
