Job Description: This position is responsible for assisting with handling and processing outgoing mail, including outgoing faxes, generating letters to clients, and returning original documents. Additional duties include picking up mail from the Post Office, and scanning and processing incoming mail. A working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs is a must. Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude will also serve you well in our office.

Required Skills:

High level of attention to detail
Ability to multi-task effectively, and prioritize tasks
Average to better than average computer skills
Innate sense of urgency in time sensitive matters
Ability to think outside the box, recognize challenges, and problem solve

Required Education: High school diploma or higher

This position is located in Orlando, FL

Salary: $17.00/hour

Benefits after 90 days of employment:

85% of individual employee premiums paid for medical and dental
85% of individual employee premiums paid for dental insurance
60% of total premium paid on family plans for medical and dental, including spouse and children
50% of individual employee premium for vision insurance
50% of long term disability premium paid
$50,000 free life insurance policy
401k plan - we match any full-time employee's deposits up to 5% of their base salary and bonuses.
