Full Job Description

GL Staffing is seeking an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Staffing Branch Sales Manager to lead our Orlando branch. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, developing new business, managing key client relationships, leading a recruiting team, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for sales, recruiting, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the branch recruiting team to ensure all customer orders are filled efficiently and with qualified candidates.
Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for open positions to ensure clients' staffing needs are met. This is a hands-on leadership role, and managers are expected to actively recruit alongside their team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through exceptional customer service and regular communication.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the branch and expand GL Staffing's market presence.
Monitor branch sales activities, recruiting metrics, and performance to drive growth and profitability.
Conduct client visits, safety inspections, and business development meetings.
Handle customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Oversee workplace injury reporting and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Manage office operations, inventory, and supplies.
Attend weekly leadership meetings with the Regional Director.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and employment regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, outside sales, branch management, or a related leadership role.
Proven ability to lead teams while achieving recruiting and sales goals.
Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Ability to recruit, interview, and fill open positions in a fast-paced environment.
Computer proficiency with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to analyze reports, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong sense of urgency with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
