Full Job Description

Aspire Health Partners, Inc. (Aspire), is a non-profit 501(c)3 behavioral healthcare organization. Aspire Health Partners is Florida’s largest Behavioral Health Non-Profit that provides a full continuum of behavioral healthcare services across six (6) Central Florida Counties; Brevard, Hillsborough, Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole.

As Nurse Manager at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions regarding the daily operations of the assigned inpatient programs.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Provide a Therapeutic Mileu
Conduct monthly staff meetings, education, and in-services
Monitor staff performance and professionalism
Monitor program operations, treatment planning, and documentation
Implement program changes when necessary, maintaining safety and corporate compliance
Participate in the management of budgetary expenditures
Effectively participate in the ongoing involvement in program growth and improvement
Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Current RN Florida License
BSN preferred
Five Years or equivalent previous background in areas of Nursing Supervision
Level II Background clearance- All Aspire Health Partners Internships and Careers require Level 2 clearance, with Aspire covering fingerprinting costs. Visit https://info.flclearinghouse.c.om to learn more.
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire Insurance Company, as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
