About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing recruitment and daily human resources operations across multiple states. It requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while partnering with leaders across the organization to attract top talent and provide exceptional support to employees located across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department leaders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and other teams to understand workforce needs, align HR initiatives with business objectives, and provide strategic support
Help guide employees and managers through periods of growth and change by providing clear communication, practical guidance, and consistent support
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to attract and hire high-quality talent across multiple states
Serve as the primary administrator for Paylocity, including its recruiting and applicant tracking system functions, while ensuring employee records and HR data remain accurate and up to date
Support compliance efforts across all states where employees are located, including labor laws, paid leave programs, workers' compensation requirements, and unemployment regulations
Provide day-to-day support for employee relations matters, performance coaching, and onboarding initiatives, ensuring a positive employee experience for a distributed workforce

Required Qualifications:

3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with significant responsibility in recruiting and talent acquisition
Demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic environment, effectively managing competing priorities and changing business needs
Proven success partnering with leaders and employees across multiple departments and organizational levels
Experience supporting HR operations and compliance for employees located in multiple states is required
Hands-on experience administering and utilizing the Paylocity platform is required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Pay: $25,000.00 per year
