Full Job Description

Description

FINFROCK is a company that encompasses design, manufacturing and construction. Every position within FINFROCK offers challenging opportunities, professional growth, and the excitement of seeing the results of your hard work being built. We are seeking an experienced Structural Designer/Drafter who is interested in learning our Design-Manufacture-Construct system and assuming greater responsibilities and roles in design/drafting.

Duties & Responsibilities

Model precast concrete multi-family, parking and mixed-use structures in Revit
Coordinate with architects, engineers and building systems designers to develop the model of the structure
Produce permit and construction documents
Communicate with team members
Perform quality control checks on their own work and the work of their peers

Qualifications

Two year degree in design/drafting or two years of design/drafting experience
Experience working with CAD, SolidWorks, or Revit experience preferred
General knowledge of building construction
Candidates not already residing in Central Florida must be willing to relocate
