Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team! Duties

Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to establish rapport and interest.
Engage in professional conversations with decision-makers across various industries to present our products and solutions effectively.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
Negotiate terms with potential clients, addressing their needs while highlighting the value of our offerings.
Qualify leads by assessing client needs and determining their suitability for our services or products.
Follow up with prospects through email or additional calls to nurture relationships and close sales deals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Maintain detailed records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems for reporting and analysis purposes.
Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities through outbound efforts.
Provide excellent customer service during calls by actively listening, answering questions clearly, and ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred; strong background in telemarketing or technical sales is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills in English—both verbal and written—with the ability to persuade and build rapport quickly.
Demonstrated negotiation skills capable of closing deals effectively while maintaining professionalism.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities.
Knowledge of technology products or services is advantageous; experience in technical or business development sales highly valued.
Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently with a focus on warm calling techniques that foster trust and engagement.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to address client needs proactively and professionally.
