This is not a desk job.

ParkM is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to own the Orlando market and build our presence in the multifamily industry.

We're looking for a true hunter. We are looking for someone who doesn't wait for leads to come in, doesn't spend the day sending emails, and doesn't need a list of appointments handed to them.

You will get in your car, drive your territory, walk into apartment communities, meet property managers, uncover problems, and create new business.

If you enjoy being out in the field, meeting people face-to-face, and turning a cold introduction into a real business relationship, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Own Your Orlando Territory

You will be responsible for developing and growing your assigned territory.

Plan and manage your daily route throughout the Orlando market.
Identify apartment communities and decision-makers that are potential ParkM customers.
Spend the majority of your day in the field meeting prospects face-to-face.
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of new business.
Take ownership of your results and determine how you will win in your territory.

Prospect in Person

This is the most important part of the job.

We believe the best opportunities often start with simply showing up.

Drive to apartment communities throughout your territory.
Walk into leasing offices and introduce yourself to property managers and community managers.
Ask questions, identify parking challenges, and uncover opportunities.
Find the right decision-makers and begin building relationships.
Follow up with prospects after your initial visit and move opportunities through the sales process.
Be comfortable hearing "no" and continuing to prospect.

Sell & Close

Conduct discovery conversations and understand each property's parking challenges.
Present ParkM's parking technology and demonstrate how it can solve problems for the community.
Schedule and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Develop proposals and move opportunities through the sales process.
Negotiate and close new business.
Consistently work toward territory and revenue goals.

Build Your Network

Develop relationships with property managers, regional managers, owners, and other multifamily decision-makers.
Attend apartment association events, trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings.
Become a recognizable presence in the Orlando multifamily market.
Represent ParkM professionally and build long-term relationships with customers.

Manage Your Business

Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information in Zoho CRM.
Track visits, meetings, demos, proposals, and closed business.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Analyze your territory and adjust your strategy based on what's working.
Communicate regularly with the ParkM sales team.

What We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who simply "has sales experience."

We're looking for someone who knows how to go find the business.

You should have:

2–5+ years of successful outside sales experience.
Experience owning or managing a geographic territory.
A proven track record of generating your own opportunities.
Experience with face-to-face prospecting or cold-door prospecting.
Confidence walking into a business without an appointment and starting a conversation.
Experience selling B2B products or services.
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Comfort driving throughout the Orlando market every day.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
A competitive, persistent, self-motivated attitude.

Base Salary: $65,000
