Full Job Description

Clinical Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Director to join our team at The Blackberry Center, a premier Behavioral Hospital and Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center in St. Cloud, Florida. As a leader in the behavioral health industry, we provide patients with a safe and supportive environment to reflect, reset, and heal. Our Clinical Director will oversee the development and implementation of clinical programs, ensuring excellence in patient care and treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain clinical programs, policies, and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Provide leadership and oversight to a team of clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and psychologists
Be a hands on director handling an ongoing case load
Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure effective patient care
Conduct quality assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous quality improvement
Develop and manage budgets for clinical programs and staff development
Establish and maintains relationships with community providers, agencies, and organizations to ensure seamless transition of care
Participates in program development, implementation, and evaluation

Requirements:

Masters degree in a related field (e.g., psychiatry, psychology, nursing)
3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a behavioral health setting
Licensure and/or certification in a relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT)
Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatment modalities and industry standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
