ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data Analytics & Research Coordinator is the backbone of USTA Florida's data infrastructure — responsible for collecting, cleaning, and organizing the information that powers decisions across every department. If numbers, systems, and making data actually useful to people excite you, this role was built for you.
Working directly alongside the Manager of Business Intelligence, you'll serve as the organization's subject-matter expert on CRM administration (Microsoft Dynamics 365), reporting tools, and data integrations. You'll build and maintain analytics trackers, support data migration and quality initiatives, and work cross-functionally across the organization — partnering with the Manager of Business Intelligence to support department teams on dashboards, workflow solutions, and data tools as needs arise.
This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, takes pride in clean data, and gets satisfaction from turning raw information into insight that moves the organization forward. The ability to work cross-functionally — building credibility and relationships across every department — is essential to success here.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In this role, you'll be joining a team with established systems and processes — and your job is to carry them forward, sharpen them, and grow them. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

- Maintaining and expanding routine analytics trackers across all organizational areas, ensuring consistent and accurate reporting between national USTA and USTA Florida.
- Driving ongoing improvements in data quality through regular auditing, deduplication, and import management — keeping pace with organizational growth.
- Supporting staff across the organization on data tools and cross-functional projects — from requirements definition through implementation and iteration.
- Contributing to data migration and integration projects as the organization’s systems and needs continue to grow and evolve.
