Full Job Description

Job Overview

Metals of Honor is seeking a meticulous, organized, positive, and professional Customer Service - Data Entry Coordinator / Data Entry Specialist to join our team. Acting as the backbone of our operational workflow, you will bridge the gap between client inquiries, technical data management, and our internal production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & ERP: Enter customer purchase orders, create job folders, and manage items within the Intuitive ERP system.
Customer Support & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely project updates, handling inquiries professionally, and managing customer portals.
Data & Record Management: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, client specs, scorecards, and logs (including contract review, NCMR, and open orders).
Production & Planning Support: Assist planning with work orders and shop packets, track order statuses across departments, and coordinate shipping documents (ASNs and proofs of delivery).
Quality & Continuous Improvement: Initiate customer quality alerts, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain adherence to company quality policies.
Administrative Support: Provide back-up phone coverage, handle confidential information, and perform cross-functional administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant customer service, clerical, or data entry experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills required) and Adobe software; experience with ERP systems (Intuitive preferred).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, positive disposition, team player, strong problem-solving abilities under pressure, and keen attention to detail.
