We specialize in small business insurance, with particular expertise in construction, transportation, and hospitality sectors, under our trademark approach: "Insurance, the Express Way." We're seeking a client-focused Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment and is passionate about building lasting relationships with small business owners. Join our motivated team and be part of our success story.

Responsibilities:

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned book of business, managing client inquiries viaphone, email, and text
Process policy changes and endorsements efficiently and accurately
Manage policy renewals and conduct proactive coverage reviews to identify gaps
Cross-sell additional coverages based on thorough understanding of client operations and risk exposure
Follow up on outstanding quotes and bind new coverage
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency systems
Provide knowledgeable guidance on commercial insurance products including Workers Compensation, General Liability, Business Auto, Property, and specialty coverages
Build strong relationships that turn clients into enthusiastic promoters of our agency
Manage a high volume of tasks, emails, and deadlines while ensuring timely follow-up and attention to detail
Identify and resolve client issues proactively, escalating complex situations when necessary

Qualifications:

1–3 years of customer service, account management, or insurance experience
Insurance experience preferred (or strong willingness to learn)
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or errors in policy documents and client information
Ability to handle a high-volume workload while maintaining a positive and professional client experience.
Current insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Exceptional communication skills – arti culate, professional, and personable
Excellent phone etiquette with ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficient with technology systems and quick to learn new platforms
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
