Full Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office in Ft. Lauderdale! We are looking for a versatile, flexible and adaptable “Jack of all Trades”! The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to assist our in house staff with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will enjoy staying busy, remaining flexible and working across department lines.

Home Health Experience is a HUGE PLUS!!

The administrative assistant will:

Assist with Electronic Verification of Visits (EVV).
Assist with Staffing functions such as contacting aides and patients, and coordinating care.
Perform general data entry.
Answer, route, and Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department; taking detailed messages as needed.
Have Excellent interpersonal skills; including excellent phone etiquette and the ability to interact with a large diverse population.
Have minimum of 2 years clerical/office setting experience; healthcare and or home health setting (highly preferred).
Work across department lines to complete other clerical/administrative tasks as assigned.

Must Have:

Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Strong Administrative Assistant Skills.
Posses Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to type at least forty (40) WPM.
2-3 Years Administrative Assistant experience in a healthcare setting.
Excellent Communication Skills and telephone etiquette.
Willingness to learn and grow within our organization.
