Full Job Description

Software Resources has an immediate, long term contract job opportunity for an Enterprise Applications Analyst with a major corporation in Orlando, FL. 4 days per week on-site, Fridays remote.

Phenom Experience would be very desirable to have

- If not Phenom - Workday, Brassring, ATS - strong familiarity of recruiting systems

The Workforce Technology team is seeking a Lead Enterprise Applications Analyst to provide functional and operational support across Core HR and Recruiting platforms. This role supports the ongoing sustainment and evolution of Workday and integrated recruiting applications including BrassRing and Phenom and is critical to maintaining data integrity, system stability, and operational readiness as recruiting and HR capabilities continue to evolve.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
" Act as a functional subject matter expert for Workday and integrated recruiting applications, including BrassRing and Phenom.
" Support scheduled platform releases by reviewing changes, assessing business impact, and coordinating implementation activities.
" Assess downstream impacts across Workforce Technology configurations, integrations, and data flows.
" Coordinate with testing teams to validate system changes and enhancements.
" Conduct end to end testing of system enhancements and support implementation to ensure all requirements are met.
" Partner with functional and technical teams to plan, coordinate, and execute system upgrades, fixes, and enhancements.
" Provide functional guidance and day to day support to HR and recruiting business partners.
" Troubleshoot system issues and validate bug fixes and defect resolutions.
" Oversee and audit User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring timely execution, proper defect management, and data accuracy
" 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
" 3+ years of experience supporting Workday and/or recruiting technology solutions.
" Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross functional teams.
" Ability to apply creative and analytical thinking to solve complex problems.
" Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a proven ability to build strong partnerships.
" Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective system configurations.
" Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non technical audiences.
" Demonstrated ability to think and plan systemically.
" Strong sense of ownership and follow through.
" Experience configuring, supporting, and sustaining HR and recruiting applications.
" Experience working with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing and incident management tool.

Nice To Haves:
" Experience supporting complex Workday recruiting and Core HR configurations.
" Experience with BrassRing and/or Phenom integrations.
" Demonstrated application sustainment and operational excellence practices.
