Join a collaborative, team-oriented title company where customer service comes first. We're seeking an Escrow Processor with title and escrow experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting clients, lenders, escrow officers, and homebuyers throughout the closing process.

Process escrow transactions from opening through closing, including ordering title commitments, obtaining payoff information, coordinating closings, and assisting with funding and recording.

Communicate with buyers, lenders, real estate agents, and internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and timely transaction updates.

Prepare and review escrow documentation, verify file accuracy, manage wire instructions, and ensure all closing requirements are completed.

Support the branch team with administrative duties, reception coverage, phone support, and other escrow-related tasks while meeting critical deadlines.

Minimum 1 year of escrow experience with knowledge of escrow terminology and processes.

Experience with SoftPro (strongly preferred) and proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Dependable, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work onsite in Folsom, CA and support a high-volume, deadline-driven office environment.
Pay: $30/hour
Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday (flexibility around start/end times)
Duration: Temporary assignment (approximately 30-90 days)
