Are you a skilled welder-fabricator who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and getting the job done right?

We don’t just weld and fabricate—we craft patented products that drive innovation in the aviation and motorsports industries. Every piece we build is designed with precision, engineered for safety, and fabricated with pride. We’re looking for a Manufacturing Welder/Fabricator who brings skill, focus, and pride to every project.

What You’ll Do:

Weld and fabricate equipment and components that bring our patented designs to life.
Work with stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and more—always with attention to detail and a commitment to pristine craftsmanship.
Interpret blueprints and fabricate components from raw material to finished product.
Use fabrication tools such as saws, shears, brakes, and grinders to cut, bend, and shape materials.
Collaborate with engineers and innovators to deliver results you’ll be proud to stand behind.
Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized workspace.

What we’re looking for:

3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Proficiency with MIG and TIG welding.
Ability to read blueprints and fabricate parts with precision.
A passion for craftsmanship and pride in producing work that’s both functional and flawless.
Commitment to safety and quality in every project.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials as needed, and work in a variety of weather conditions
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during the welding and fabricating process
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration
High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification (e.g., AWS) is a plus
