As a senior member of our Risk Management department, you will take the lead on investigating and managing complex, high‑severity risk events across our healthcare system. You’ll provide strategic leadership in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating clinical risks within your assigned areas, while also serving as an expert consultant on clinical risk and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will drive enterprise‑wide initiatives that strengthen patient safety and reduce organizational liability. You will also mentor and support our clinical risk managers, helping to build a high‑performing, proactive risk management culture.
The Senior Clinical Risk Manager partners closely with executive leadership, legal counsel, and clinical teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and to advance PeaceHealth’s commitment to safe, high‑quality care.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's Degree Required: in Nursing or other clinical field and
Master's Degree Preferred: in nursing, healthcare administration, public health or related field
State License for Oregon (Preferred)
