This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across all accounting disciplines while working closely with programs and functions across RTN. The position plays a critical role in supporting the company’s remediation efforts related to RTX’s Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA). The role provides exceptional visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with complex accounting and programmatic matters.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for all DPA Monitor and auditor RFIs, coordinating review and submission with Technical Accounting
Lead cross-functional coordination across RTN functions and programs to ensure timely and comprehensive RFI responses
Drive consistency, accuracy, and compliance in RFI responses through proactive communication and issue resolution
Perform core cost accounting responsibilities across all Cost Accounting teams, including PRISM Accounting, Cost Integrity, Cost Accounting, and Supplier Accounting

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic & a minimum of 8 years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 finance work experience
Experience in SAP and Excel
U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
