Bee Line Transportation

* Dispatcher/Office Assistant

Bee Line Transportation is currently seeking an individual for our dispatcher/office assistant.

Hours:

Monday thru Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm

Compensation:

$17 per hour + depending on experience

Skills:

Knowledgeable in Microsoft word and Excel
The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations.
You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.
The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
Address problems and requests by transmitting or providing solutions

Requirements :

Reliable
Exquisite attendance record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position-preferred
Fast typing with experience in data entry
Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Active listener with excellent communication skills
Sound judgement and critical thinking

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Experience:

Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
