Bilingual Inbound Sales Rep:

As a Just Power Bilingual Inbound Sales Rep, you are on the frontlines of lead generation and client acquisition, helping homeowners get rid of their expensive dirty power bill and transitioning them to clean solar energy. To start, your primary day-to-day activities include direct homeowner lead generation, receiving live inbound transfers, and remote appointment setting. Once you have proven to master this side of the process, you will move to a Remote Closer role, with timeline based upon performance.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in both Spanish and English, as we speak with a lot of Spanish speaking homeowners! Monday-Friday work week, no weekends!

Responsibilities:

Over-the-phone lead generation and appointment setting
Virtual closing (timeline based upon performance)
Receive live inbound transfers to explain to homeowners how to lower their power bill and see if they qualify
Learn and use CRM and other tools of the job
1099-contractor position
Uncapped commission

Qualifications:

Bilingual- Fluent in both Spanish and English

High school diploma 18+ Eligible to work in United States

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
