About the position:
As a CFCS Program Support Associate, you will provide operational and administrative support to the Client and Family Care Services (CFCS) department by managing employee timekeeping activities and ensuring payroll records are accurate, complete, and compliant. You will review employee shifts, attendance edits, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) records, and paid leave requests while collaborating with Staff Coordinators, Payroll, Billing, Human Resources, and department leadership.
This position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with internal teams. Your work helps ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting compliance with agency policies and funding requirements.
What You'll Do:
Review and approve employee time records to ensure accuracy and compliance with agency policies
Review attendance edits, missed punches, time correction requests, and paid leave requests
Monitor Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) records and identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information
Return inaccurate submissions for correction and communicate required updates to employees
Identify timekeeping discrepancies, including overlapping shifts, missed clock-ins, incomplete records, or other payroll exceptions
Ensure approved time records are complete and payroll-ready before established deadlines
Maintain accurate documentation of outstanding corrections and follow up as needed
Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance records before payroll processing
Assist with internal audits by maintaining organized and compliant attendance documentation
Serve as a resource for employee questions related to timekeeping and attendance
Collaborate with Staff Coordinators, Payroll, Billing, Human Resources, and department leadership to resolve timekeeping issues
Attend required department meetings, trainings, and other on-site activities
Prepare or assist with reports related to attendance, timekeeping trends, payroll readiness, and compliance metrics
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll-related records
Identify opportunities to improve timekeeping accuracy and administrative processes
Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new electronic systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, including spreadsheets and email
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to analyze information and identify discrepancies
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams

Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information

Requirements:
Must pass a post offer pre-employment background check, non-arduous physical, drug/TB screen
Ability to travel locally to meet with clients, partners, or attend events, if applicable.
