Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Engineering Project Manager who collaborates with engineering personnel to document, track, and report on active engineering projects. This role ensures project documentation is current, schedules are maintained, risks are identified, and stakeholders receive timely project status updates.

Essential Function and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and milestones.
Develop and maintain project plans, action item logs, risk registers, and status reports.
Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate project meetings and document meeting minutes.

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and facilitate resolution.
Prepare dashboards and management reports on project performance.
Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to company processes.
Support project closeout, lessons learned, and document archiving.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or related field.
3+ years of project management experience in an engineering or technical environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and similar tools.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
Occasional travel to customer sites, suppliers, or other company locations as required.

Working Conditions

Primarily office environment with regular interaction in production and engineering areas.
Occasional exposure to production equipment and machinery.
Use of standard office equipment including computers, phones, and meeting technology.
