This isn't your typical job posting.
I'm looking for someone who wants to become an important part of what we're building.
Someone who is self-motivated. Organized. Creative. Dependable. Loyal. And most importantly—someone who doesn't need to be told every five minutes what needs to be done.
One day you might be helping create marketing content.
The next, handling office work, inventory or ordering.
You might jump behind the bar when we're busy, help prepare for an event, work alongside me in the brewery, take photos, help develop an idea, or simply notice something that needs done—and take care of it.
I can teach you how to do almost anything here.
What I can't teach is work ethic, integrity, initiative and the desire to be part of something bigger.
I'm not looking for someone whose first question is, “What do you want me to do next?”
I'm looking for the person who eventually says: “I've got it. What's next?”
This position will require trust and discretion. You'll work directly with me and learn nearly every side of the business—from hospitality and marketing to operations, events, brewing and the countless things that happen behind the scenes.
Experience in marketing, bartending, hospitality, office administration or brewing is a plus.
But character matters more to me than the résumé.
For the right person, this isn't intended to be just another job.

Must be 21 or close to 21 years old
$17 -$20 an hour plus tips. The possibility for profit sharing
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
