Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various maintenance and repair tasks in a resort setting. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to facilities maintenance. The Handy Man will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work on rooms and in buildings.
Maintain Pools.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair or replace faulty equipment as needed.
Fabricate custom solutions for unique repair challenges.
Dock work
Lawn care
General maintenance
