Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping professional to ensure our spaces are spotless, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment for, guests, and staff alike. Your attention to detail, proactive attitude, and commitment to sanitation will help uphold our reputation for excellence. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in cleaning, laundry, and customer service will shine.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing hard floors to ensure a pristine appearance
Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored; report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately
Follow established protocols for janitorial tasks, including waste disposal and sanitation procedures to promote health and safety

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning; janitorial or custodial experience highly preferred
Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing hard surfaces
Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a plus
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending as needed
