Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a diverse team of Civil Laborers, Equipment Operators, SWPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention) Specialists, Security Personnel, and Safety Professionals for an upcoming Big Island job event. These roles will be crucial in supporting various construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient operations, environmental compliance, site security, and a safe working environment.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and procedures.
* Conduct site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
* Deliver safety training and orientations to new and existing employees.
* Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all personnel adhere to safety policies.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field; CSP or CHST certification preferred.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction safety.
* In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to conduct engaging training sessions and incident investigations.
