Full Job Description

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Fox Cities is looking for a full-time or part-time Insurance Coordinator to join our team. This position is an integral part of our revenue cycle process. The Insurance Coordinator works on submitting both medical and dental claims, following up with insurance companies for payments, and resolves claims issues and denials. This role also provides patients with treatment plan fee schedules, answers billing questions, and assists with phone calls and scheduling.

Since 1965 the doctors at Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Fox Cities have been providing quality oral and maxillofacial surgical care to the Fox Valley and surrounding areas. Our six doctors practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery.

We are looking for a team member to join us full-time or part-time, week days only.

Ideal candidate would have:

Minimum high school education with additional training in the medical field
Previous experience with insurance in a medical or dental clinic office setting
Experience with an EMR software
Computer aptitude and be capable of learning new technology
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Sound and exceptional attitude towards patient care
Ability to be a flexible team player with a great outgoing attitude
