The Corporate Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level Executive administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions; such as preparing correspondence, attending high level/confidential meetings along with taking notes, receiving visitors, and arranging conference calls.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 5 years of progressive administrative experience

or

Education: Associate Degree

Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive administrative experience

Travel: 5%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages and maintains Executive/Leadership schedules.
Prepares invoices, reports, emails, letters, monthly financial statements, and other confidential documents; Word processing, spreadsheets, or presentation software.
Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Prepares agendas and makes arrangements for internal and external meetings along with taking minutes.
Ensures teamwork in all aspects of administration.
Maintains and prepares Executive and other Leadership credit card receipts.
Demonstrates the ability to plan for, complete, and implement assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner.
Demonstrates and leads the acceptance of company culture (adhere to the company's core values) and an adoption of professional standards.
Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate with others and effectively influence.
Develops relationships with leaders, direct reports, and/or others that facilitate open dialogue and trust.
Assists other Executives/Leadership as needed.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
