About Us
LaRose & Co. is a boutique Klaviyo retention marketing agency serving eCommerce brands. We specialize in designing and executing high-performing email campaigns and flows that drive revenue, build brand loyalty, and elevate the customer experience. We’re a small but mighty team that values creativity, precision, and results. We’re looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team!
Position Details
Employment Type: Part-time, Contract
Schedule: 10- 20 hours per week, with availability required between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
Location: Remote (candidates must be located in USA)
Role Mission
As an Account Manager, you'll own client work end to end: the relationship, the strategy, and the output. You'll be the primary point of contact for e-commerce brands, leading client calls with confidence, directing the internal team, and delivering results without being micromanaged. We are looking for someone who can run an account like it's their own business.
Who We're Looking For
You're a seasoned account manager who walks into a client call, owns the conversation, and leaves with a clear plan. You're strategic and technical: you can build a monthly campaign strategy and get into Klaviyo to set up integrations, segments, and tests yourself.
You thrive in a remote environment where autonomy is expected. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen, make the judgment call, and hold boundaries on timelines and scope when it matters.
Bonus points if:
- You've owned high-volume email programs at an agency or in-house at an e-commerce brand
- You've managed a platform migration
- You've directed designers and copywriters and know how to give clear creative feedback
Responsibilities & Expectations
Campaign Strategy & Planning: Own monthly campaign planning and strategy for a high-volume email program
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact, leading client calls, managing communication, and holding boundaries on scope and timelines
Team Direction: Assign and brief work to designers and copywriters, keeping the content calendar current and managing adjustments in real time
Klaviyo Execution & Technical Setup: Build and oversee flows, set up and test integrations, manage segmentation, and schedule and QA campaigns
Platform Migration: Lead the email migration from Attentive to Klaviyo, with heavier involvement up front as flows are built and the account is moved over
Reporting & Analysis: Deliver performance analysis and monthly recaps, translating data into clear strategic next steps
Quality Control: Review email designs and output for brand alignment and accuracy before anything reaches the client
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Haves:
- Prior account management experience at a marketing agency or in-house at an e-commerce brand
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience: (flows, integrations, segmentation, testing, scheduling, analytics)
- Strong written and verbal communication; this is a client-facing role
- Exceptional organization and the ability to manage many moving pieces without dropping anything
- Comfort with ambiguity and the judgment to make good calls independently
- A creative eye: you understand good email design and can give clear, useful feedback
Preferred:
- Experience leading an ESP migration
- Working knowledge of Attentive
- Familiarity with project management tools (we use ClickUp)
Why You'll Love Working With Us
