4 days/week! No nights! No weekends! No holidays!

Progressive, growing, fast paced, LOCALLY OWNED dental office looking for a SUPERSTAR Dental Reception Coordinator that is happy, outgoing, and friendly with great organizational skills.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Greeting patients
Answering phones
Confirming and scheduling appointments
Treatment presentation
Collecting payments
Verify insurance benefits and setting up profiles
Assisting in working reports for collections and insurance
Working with marketing and posting to social media
Assist in end of day procedures
Assist patients with financing options, insurance questions, and treatment concerns
Assist with consultation appointments as directed by Doctor
Communicate as needed with team and patients
Complete new patient paperwork upon new patient arrival
Manage schedules to keep full and productive

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Knowledge of Dental Software required, Open Dental preferred
Office experience required
Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other team members and community
Knowledge and experience with dental insurance
Team player
Able to adapt to office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service)
Communicate all concerns to Office Manager

Office Hours are Monday thru Thursday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
