Front Desk Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

Lyn Lake Chiropractic – Twin Cities, MN

Job Summary

Lyn Lake Chiropractic is seeking a dynamic, organized, and personable Front Desk Coordinator to become an essential part of our growing team. This position is more than just answering phones - you are the first impression of our clinics and play a critical role in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys helping people, communicates professionally and can confidently multitask while maintaining a positive attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a respected wellness clinic known throughout the Twin Cities for chiropractic care, massage therapy, rehabilitation and patient-centered service.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients warmly and create a positive, professional clinic atmosphere
Manage patient check-ins/check-outs and assist with scheduling appointments
Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
Answer patient questions, transfer calls and communicate effectively with providers and staff
Coordinate schedules and assist with daily clinic flow
Manage administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining patient records
Assist with insurance verification, patient paperwork and billing-related tasks
Utilize ChiroTouch -clinic's EHR software systems efficiently - We will train so no prior experience is needed with ChiroTouch.
Support office organization, cleanliness, and day-to-day clinic operations
Deliver exceptional customer service and help patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit

Qualifications

Previous front desk, administrative, healthcare, chiropractic, wellness or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical environment
Professional, dependable and detail-oriented
Comfortable learning scheduling and EHR software systems
Proficiency with general computer skills
Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
Ability to handle fast-paced situations with professionalism and composure
Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
