This Position Is Ideal For

Someone with construction or restoration experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

What You'll Do

· Respond to emergency water, fire, mold, and storm damage losses.

· Lead a crew on residential and commercial job sites.

· Perform water extraction, controlled demolition, structural drying, moisture monitoring, and equipment setup.

· Clean smoke damage, contents, and structures.

· Document jobs with photos, moisture readings, and daily notes.

· Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers.

· Train and mentor newer technicians.

· Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site.

A Typical Day May Include

· Responding to emergency calls

· Setting drying equipment

· Removing damaged building materials

· Monitoring drying progress

· Meeting with customers

· Completing digital documentation

· Leading your crew through daily objectives

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, work in crawlspaces and attics, wear PPE, and work in varying temperatures.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a normal schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

We believe in rewarding our team for going the extra mile. Our technicians participate in a fair, rotating on-call schedule. When you respond to an after-hours emergency, you'll receive your regular pay, applicable overtime, plus an additional call-out incentive. It's our way of recognizing your dedication while giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings.

Preferred Experience

Construction, restoration, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, painting, demolition, maintenance, facilities maintenance, or military/service backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Restoration experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.

Requirements

· Valid driver's license (required).

· Updated resume with current work history.
