I opened my agency in November of 2016 and lead a small, close-knit team of three built around flexibility, trust, and long-term growth. Before becoming an agent, I worked in technology sales, which shaped my approach to communication, coaching, and helping people find the right solutions. I’m married with three children, so supporting families and maintaining a healthy work-life balance isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we actively practice.

Our agency is proud to give back to the community by serving as a drop-off location for Sleep in Heavenly Peace and participating in Toys for Tots each year. Giving back is an important part of who we are and how we stay connected to the families we serve.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matthew Graham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
