Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operators to join our dynamic team in Mark IL . As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in every component produced. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial equipment and machinery to produce high-quality components and products. Your expertise in machine operation, technical troubleshooting, and precision measurement will ensure efficient production processes, adherence to safety standards, and top-tier quality output. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing projects within a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

Duties

Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC machining centers.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of parts.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to perform dimensional inspections and ensure parts meet specifications.
Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols, conducting routine equipment inspections, and ensuring a clean work environment.
Handle materials and tooling efficiently using forklifts and other warehouse equipment; assist with materials handling and packaging as needed.
Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, fabrication processes, and quality control measures to meet production goals.

Requirements

Proven experience operating CNC machines (including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes), stamping presses, flexo presses, or similar industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints, mechanical blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical drawings.
Proficiency in programming or CAM programming for CNC equipment; familiarity with Fanuc controls is highly desirable.
Skilled in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, shop math, and other precision measuring instruments.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly using industrial troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with shop math, fabrication techniques, welding, tooling setup, and materials handling is preferred.
Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklift equipment safely in a warehouse environment is a plus.
Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments along with the ability to interpret production documents accurately.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
