Job Summary
The Project Coordinator provides critical support for the operations team by handling contract administration, project controls, project closeout, as well as gathering equipment resources and information to implement upcoming projects and other tasks necessary to execute a successful project. The Project Coordinator should have a track record of proactively taking initiative, as appropriate, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple and competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Engineers and Project Managers in the initial setup, ongoing maintenance and close out of projects.
- Process, transmit and track submittals, shop drawings and Requests for Information.
- Support Project Engineers, Project Managers and Operations Director in the preparation of Owner Contracts and Owner Change Orders.
- Prepare, process and track Subcontracts, Purchase Orders and associated Change Orders as requested by Project Managers.
- Prepare, process and track General Service Agreements.
- Initial request and follow up with trade partners to obtain executed contracts, executed change orders, accurate insurance certificates and close out documents.
- Provide support to Project Engineers, Project Managers and Superintendents as requested.
- Prepares project specific information for Superintendents and distributes as required.
- Coordinates requests for drawings and/or specification information.
- Inputs and verifies project related information is uploaded to ProCore.
- Additional project-related support as requested.
- Preconstruction-related support as requested.
- Back-up administrative duties.
- Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Intermediate skill in using Microsoft and Google products.
- Previous experience in Project Coordinator role preferred.

- Ability to prioritize workflow and organize diverse material and ability to handle multiple, competing and changing priorities; ability to perform effectively without supervision and within established time limits and ongoing deadlines.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position the associate is regularly required to sit and talk and hear. The associate is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The associate is occasionally required to stand, walk, and drive or ride in a motor vehicle. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
