We are seeking the world’s greatest Full-Stack Web Developer & Marketing Implementation Specialist to help maintain, improve, and scale our websites, digital platforms, and marketing infrastructure.
This incredible role combines website development and administration, platform ownership, front-end and back-end custom code development, technical troubleshooting, marketing implementation, analytics, paid media support, user experience optimization, and operational execution.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across custom websites, membership systems, payment platforms, landing pages, tracking systems, marketplace functionality, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, user-facing experiences, and loves having a long title.

This is not a pure developer role, and it is not a pure marketing role. It’s all of the above, and more.
You will work closely with the Director of Marketing to translate strategy into functioning systems, campaigns, websites, and user experiences.

We need someone who proactively identifies opportunities and problems and helps ensure our digital ecosystem remains stable, scalable, measurable, and continuously improving. Someone who does great work but is never satisfied.
What You’ll Own
Website, Platform & Digital Infrastructure
- Maintain and support multiple custom websites, platforms, and digital properties
- Manage website functionality, platform settings, user permissions, and administrative systems
- Support membership platforms, subscription systems, customer portals, and user account management
- Troubleshoot login issues, account access problems, registration issues, and membership-related challenges
- Support payment processing, billing workflows, checkout systems, and subscription management
- Manage platform configuration, business rules, and user workflows
- Monitor website performance, functionality, and user experience
- Troubleshoot customer-reported technical issues and internal support escalations
- Document platform configurations, dependencies, workflows, and operational processes
- Maintain platform health and reduce dependency on undocumented systems
Website Development & User Experience
- Build, maintain, and improve websites and landing pages
- Read, troubleshoot, deploy, and maintain custom code
- Implement front-end enhancements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and platform-specific tools
- Improve website usability, navigation, and conversion flow
- Support responsive and mobile-friendly experiences
- Implement UX/UI best practices
- Maintain website consistency across multiple brands and digital properties
- Support platform enhancements and new feature implementation
- Coordinate with outside developers, contractors, and vendors when needed
Testing, Quality Assurance & Deployment
- Own website and platform testing procedures
- Create testing plans prior to major releases and updates
- Validate functionality before production deployment
- Perform regression testing following updates
- Test user journeys, forms, memberships, payment flows, and conversion paths
- Verify analytics, tracking, events, and attribution before launch
- Document deployment procedures and release notes
- Maintain change logs and technical documentation
- Establish repeatable QA processes and deployment standards
- Develop rollback and recovery procedures where appropriate
- Ensure updates do not negatively impact users, SEO, tracking, lead generation, or revenue-producing systems
SEO, Analytics & Website Performance
- Monitor and improve website performance across all digital properties
- Conduct ongoing technical and content audits
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions
- Monitor search performance, indexing, crawl health, redirects, and site structure
- Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Implement technical and on-page optimization improvements
- Monitor website performance metrics and user behavior
- Present recommendations for website, content, and search improvements
- Execute approved optimization initiatives
Marketing Technology & Campaign Implementation
- Build and deploy campaign landing pages
- Implement and maintain Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Configure and validate conversion tracking
- Support Google Ads campaign setup, implementation, and optimization
- Support Meta Ads campaign implementation and technical execution
- Ensure campaign tracking and attribution are functioning correctly
- Assist with audience implementation, campaign QA, and landing page alignment
- Support marketing campaign launches across multiple brands
- Monitor campaign infrastructure and identify implementation issues
Marketplace, Membership & Data Management
- Support marketplace and directory-based website functionality
- Maintain listing systems, categories, filters, search functionality, and user workflows
- Manage data imports, exports, and bulk platform updates
- Work with spreadsheets and large data sets to maintain platform accuracy
- Support listing management workflows and operational processes
- Troubleshoot user lifecycle, membership, and platform experience issues
- Maintain data integrity across website platforms and operational systems
- Support email, newsletter, and customer journey systems within website platforms
Required QualificationsTechnical Development
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain custom code
- Front-end development experience
- Responsive design experience
- Experience working with website platforms, CMS systems, or directory-based platforms
- Strong technical troubleshooting ability
- Experience documenting systems and technical processes
- PHP familiarity strongly preferred
- SQL familiarity for data/query troubleshooting
- Experience working with JSON and XML for platform configuration, APIs, feeds, and integrations
- Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and structured data
- Regex familiarity for parsing, validation, and cleanup tasks
- Google Apps Script or similar scripting experience preferred
- Python or another scripting language preferred for automation, data cleanup, and troubleshooting
- Template language experience preferred, such as Liquid, Twig, Handlebars, or platform-specific templating
- Markdown or basic documentation formatting experience preferred
Website & Platform Administration
- Experience managing websites and web-based platforms
- Experience with membership, subscription, or customer account systems
- Experience supporting payment processing and checkout workflows
- Familiarity with Stripe or similar payment platforms
- Experience troubleshooting user account and access issues
- Experience managing platform settings, permissions, and workflows
Search, Analytics & Marketing Implementation

The Ideal Candidate
You are equally comfortable troubleshooting a membership issue, investigating a Stripe payment problem, building a landing page, validating conversion tracking, auditing a website, reviewing search performance, implementing a new campaign, and coming up with your own fantastic ideas.
