DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Project Administrator in our Carpentry Department in our Olathe, Kansas office.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with project managers on all aspects of projects including processing project documents, project correspondence, and billing.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Set up and maintain files on sold projects
Prepare and submit monthly progress billings for current projects
Process project related paperwork to include contracts, subcontracts, lien waivers, etc.
Prepare project audits for management review at project completion
Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

Must have strong attention to detail
Excel experience is required
Must be technically inclined with strong mathematical and reasoning skills
Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
