Full Job Description

Training Director

The Training Director connects our beloved Team Members to our Vision: We exist to be a place where people are restored.

Responsibilities

Ensures excellence in the new Team Member experience
Communicates with Trainees, follows along with their development, and ensures a smooth experience throughout the Training Process
Leads the team of Training Captains, ensuring they are activated and effective on each shift
Ensures every Team Member advances healthfully through Training and advances appropriately within the organization

Accountability & Support

The Training Director is a member of the Director team (working toward Executive Director, Talent and Executive Leadership Team)
Reporting to: This position reports directly to Cole McKenna, Restaurant Executive Director for Chick-fil-A Lenexa
Leading: This position leads the Training Captain Team
This position works 35+ hours per week, with a mix of operational shifts and administrative work
Closed Sundays
All members of the ELT are supported with access to Counseling, Spiritual Direction, and a Gym Membership at Lifetime Fitness (or choice of fitness facility)

Metrics

How you will know you are excellent:

Team Members are competent and confident after no more than five shifts
Red Shirt Report - 85%+
Team Member Experience - 90%+
OSAT - 80%+

Starting pay: 50k-60k yearly
