Full Job Description

Thanks to an exciting year of expansion and new acquisitions, our team is growing—and we’re looking for a sharp, driven professional to join us as a Financial Quality Control Associate.

The Financial Quality Control Associate supports the Financial Quality Control and Procurement Manager by ensuring accuracy and efficiency across financial processes. This role requires a highly detail-oriented and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively manages multiple deadlines, and consistently upholds the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Compile and enter production related data
Monitor timeliness and review accuracy of production data entry
Maintain proper documentation in all formats of recordkeeping
Ensure quality control over financial transactions
Support month-end and year-end close process
